an insurance advisory company under contract with the Tennessee

rehabilitator of Cherokee Insurance Company. Attorney assistance
regarding all aspects of insurance company operations.

Member of Board of Directors, Cherokee Insurance Company, a
Property and Casualty insurance carrier operating throughout the United States.
